The Kasumigaseki Country Club (hereinafter KCC) recognizes the importance of your personal information and manages it securely and appropriately with the aim of maintaining your privacy and improving our relationship of trust.

      5. 5) Sharing handicap indices, participation history, and rankings in KCC competitions internally and with members, and publishing them on the members-only website

    1. (1) The KCC shall not disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent unless required to do so by law.

    1. (1) The KCC shall have bylaws in place concerning the management of personal information and ensure that it is managed securely.
    2. (2) The KCC shall have a personnel structure that ensures the secure management of personal information, with the general manager serving as overall supervisor and the deputy manager as security supervisor.
  5. 5. Disclosure, modification, and deletion of personal information
    1. (1) When presented with a request to disclose, modify, or delete personal information, the KCC shall confirm the requester’s identity and promptly attend to the request.

    1. (1) To submit a request to disclose, modify, or delete personal information, or otherwise inquire about personal information, please contact the KCC clerical administration department.
